Pricing & Membership Options:

  • Fitness First The Strand London offers two gym membership options: Full Membership (£65/mo) and Student Membership (£49/mo). Both memberships include unlimited access to all the facilities of Fitness First.
  • Both membership also allows you to bring a friend to the gym with you four times per month. These are inclusive of access to 19 other gyms, complimentary trainer session, classes via online and app.
  • There is a joining fee of £20 and you can choose to pay for your membership on a monthly or annual basis. Annual Basis will save you 10% of the monthly membership fee. Members can freeze their membership for any reason for £8 a month.
